Day late and a dollar short. Don't know what is up but I am low on energy and motivation right now. Pretty much a 180 from last week! I am still excited about saving money and organizing, less so about losing weight (doing it, just not all gung ho!) but I am just feeling blah this week. Oh well. Here is my menu for this week:
Monday: French Toast with Sausage
Tuesday: Chicken Parm with Spaghetti, Cheesy Garlic Flatbread, Salad
Wednesday: Crockpot Chicken-Lickin' Good Pork Chops, frozen peas, rice?!?
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Homemade Mac and Cheese, corn or peas (can you tell what kinds of veg I have right now?), fruit maybe?
I don't know why I bother planning the weekend. It never turns out like that! We eat so oddly on the weekends! So, I think I will skip it today.
